The petitioners are assailing the show cause notice issued to them.

We have heard Mr. M.R. Deshmukh, learned advocate for the petitioners, the learned A.G.P. and Mr. Suryawanshi,

WP No.9562/21 & Anr.

learned advocate for respondent Nos. 4 and 5. 3.

The show cause notice is assailed on multifarious grounds by the petitioners, though Mr. Deshmukh, learned advocate for the petitioners sought to canvass the submissions, we are not inclined to entertain the petition, assailing the show cause notice as the petitioners have already filed reply to the show cause notice. The respondents are required to go through the reply given by the petitioners to the show cause notice and thereafter, take decision on it'

s own merits. Naturally till the decision upon the show cause notice is taken by the respondents, the respondents authorities cannot proceed against the petitioners. 4.

Depending upon the final decision taken pursuant to the show cause notice, the parties may take further steps. In that event, all contentions are kept open.

Writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
