PER COURT :- 1) Heard. The learned counsel for the respondents places on record a copy of the communication issued by Special Land Acquisition Officer, Aurangabad, where under it has been stated that the amount of rental compensation, receivable by the petitioner, has been determined. The communication is taken on record and marked as `X' for identification.

2) The learned counsel for the petitioner points out that there is an arithmetical mistake occurred in calculating the amount under Item 1. It is further stated that the calculation arrived at by the Special Land Acquisition Officer is Rs.2,65,480/-, which, in fact, shall be Rs. 26,65,480/-. It does appear that inadvertently arithmetical mistake has occurred in recording the figure, which need to be corrected. The concerned Special Land Acquisition Officer will take appropriate care in that regard.

3) In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of.
