DATED : 1st JULY, 2015 ORDER :- Heard learned counsel for applicants/appellants. 2] In view of admission of appeal, learned counsel for applicant is praying stay to the effect and operation of the judgment and order passed in R.C.A.No.141/10 and R.C.S.No.81/05. 3] Admittedly, during pendency of the Suit, there was an injunction operating in favour of the respondents. Similar was the case as regards Appeal that is to say, no interim relief was granted in favour of the present appellants.
