Petitioner's proposal is pending with the respondent no. 2 - scrutiny committee for validation of his tribe certificate. For want of which, his employer - respondent no. 1 has put him to notice regarding termination of the employment.

Writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent no. 2 - scrutiny committee to decide the proposal as expeditiously as possible and in any case within six (6) weeks.
