Learned Advocate Mr. Kanade representing the petitioners, on instructions, states that the petitioners are willing to provide/pay the amount for police protection as per Government Resolution dated 04.01.2018. By recording this statement, we can dispose of the writ petition. In view of the fact that prayer clause 'C' is in the nature of issuing directions to the respondents to decide representations made by the petitioners on 06.05.2022, 16.06.2022 and 11.07.2022 moved in the name of respondent Nos.2 and 3, hence, the following order is passed :-

ORDER

I) Respondent Nos.2 and 3 to decide the representations dated 06.05.2022, 16.06.2022 and (1)

4-wp-1081-2019.odt 11.07.2022 fled by the petitioners for providing police protection to the petitioners on its own merits keeping in view the fact that the petitioners are ready to deposit the amount as per the Government Resolution dated 04.01.2018.

II) In view of the above, writ petition stands disposed of.
