PER COURT :- 1.

This Court under order dated 23.08.2019 granted ad-interim relief of stay to the impugned Judgment and award passed by the learned Reference Court, subject to deposit of entire decreetal amount uptill 23.01.2020. But, there is no response received from the applicants-State Authorities. Therefore, as per the order of this Court, stay granted stands vacated automatically and it was not extended further. In such circumstances, there is no propriety to keep the present applications alive on board. Hence, applications stand dismissed.

The respondents-claimants are at liberty to proceed further for execution of the award before the concerned Executing Court. 3.
