Today, Mrs. Diggikar, learned Advocate for the respondent Zilla Parishad submits that she has received telephonic instructions from the Executive Engineer that the Zilla Parishad would implement the project as per the report submitted on 03.04.2019. As per the said report, water from Karpra river which is 3 km 1/2

from Dhudgaon village is suitable for implementation of Mukhyamantri Peyajal Yojana.

In view of the said statement made, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs. 4.

Needless to state that said project shall be implemented in its true letter and spirit, expeditiously.
