Applicant has filed this application to condone the delay of 25 days in filing the First Appeal. For which, the learned Advocate for respondent nos. 1 to 3 has given no objection. 2.

Having considered the reasons disclosed in the application and the fact that there is a delay of only 25 days, in my view, notice to the other respondents is not required.

Hence, considering the no objection and the ground disclosed in the application, the Civil Application is allowed. Delay of 25 days in filing the First Appeal is condoned. First Appeal to be registered accordingly.
