The petitioner is before us being aggrieved by the fact that in spite of having left the school, respondent no. 4 is not issuing the marksheet of 8th standard and is not issuing the school leaving certificate, on the ground that she is still to pay tuition fees for the previous years. 2.

After hearing both the sides for a while, the learned advocate for the petitioner as also the learned advocate for respondent no. 4 unanimously submit that the petitioner has agreed to pay Rs. 1,00,000/- to respondent no. 4-school towards full and final satisfaction and respondent no. 4 in turn would issue the marksheet and the school leaving certificate subject to petitioner depositing Rs. 1,00,000/- with it. 3.
