Heard learned counsel for applicant - Acquiring Body. 2.

Perused the application and other relevant documents. 3.

There shall be stay to the execution and operation of the impugned Judgment and Award dated 05-02-2009 passed by the learned District Judge-3, Jalna, in Land Acquisition Reference No. 38 of 2003, on condition that the applicant-appellant shall deposit the entire amount of compensation pursuant to award along with accrued interest thereon in this court within a period of six weeks from today. Failure to which, the stay granted shall stand vacated automatically without further reference to the Court with liberty to the respondent-original claimant to avail the recourse of law for execution of the award within ambit of law.
