Heard the learned advocate for the petitioner, learned AGP and Mr. Munde, who appears for respondent no. 1. 2.

Petitioner - management is seeking reimbursement of fees in respect of 25% students admitted under the RTE Act. 3.

We dispose of the petition directing the respondents to examine the individual claims of the petitioner - society and take necessary steps for reimbursing it in accordance with the decision to be taken.

The decision shall be taken as expeditiously as possible and in any case within six (6) weeks.
