Mr. Karlekar, learned counsel representing Respondent No. 2 submits that a compliance report has already been tendered before the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the light of the order dated 10.05.2018, passed in Civil Appeal No. 5700/2018 (Special Leave Petition (C) No. 9889/2018).

The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that since a compliance report has been tendered to the Hon'ble Supreme Court, he would avail of a remedy as is permissible. 5.
In view of the above statement, all the Petitions are disposed off, on instructions.
