The applicant - acquiring body seeks condonation of delay of 2900 days caused in preferring the first appeal. 2.

In absence of any challenge to the pleading of the application, I find no difficulty to accept the reasons for condonation of delay. There are no mala-fides on the part of the acquiring body in preferring the appeal belatedly. For the reasons stated in the application, the delay stands condoned.
