Mrs Kalalata Patil - Bharaswadkar, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant placed on record communication dated 26th September, 2018. The said communication is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The common ground assigned in this communication is, the liability involved in the matter is below Rs.50 Lakhs and the reference is made to Circular No.3 of 2018, dated 11th July, 2018, issued by the C.B.D.T. The Counsel is thus requested to withdraw the appeal. 2.

In view of the aforesaid communication and instructions received by Mrs Kalpalata Patil - Bharaswadkar, the appeal is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of.
