Learned Additional Sessions Judge, Aurangabad, by an order dated 24th April, 2015, passed in Criminal Misc. Application No.147 of 2012, has ordered condonation of delay of 157 days caused in preferring a revision against the order of the Magistrate.

Perusal of the impugned order depicts that the learned Sessions Judge has ordered condonation of delay in his discretion, after appreciating the cause that was cited.

In my opinion, no case for interference, in extraordinary jurisdiction, is made out. Writ Petition stands dismissed. (N.W. SAMBRE, J.) amj
