1] After the writ petition was argued for some time, the petitioners' Advocate, on instructions, seeks to withdraw it with liberty to approach the Assistant Charity Commissioner, Beed, seeking variation and modification of the directions, particularly at page no.68 of the writ petition paper book.

2] The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. No costs.
