Heard learned counsel appearing for the applicant. It is contended that during pendency of the present petition the management of the school, in which the petitioner is seeking his reinstatement has been transferred to respondent No. 4 (in the present application). In the circumstances, amendment is sought in the writ petition.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out within a week. If the amendment is carried out, notice be issued against the added respondent returnable within four weeks thereafter. 3.
