We find that these very petitioners have already approached this Court in Writ Petition No.1655 of 2025, raising grievances with regard to the manner in which the respondent authorities are proceeding by treating the petitioners as encroachers. Copy of the order dated 04th February 2025, passed in the said petition is annexed at Annexture "A", which shows that notice has been issued in the said petition.

We fail to understand what prevents the petitioners from moving an appropriate civil application in pending Writ Petition No.1655 of 2025, to raise the grievance that is now sought to be raised Shrikant Malani

The writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to move an appropriate civil application in the pending Writ Petition No.1655 of 2025.
