By an order dated 31st July, 2015, this Court has granted interim protection to the applicants, on terms and conditions mentioned therein. 2.

There is no complaint from the prosecution as regards non compliance of the terms and conditions imposed on the applicants. 3.

Perused the case diary and the statements recorded, which reflect that the applicants are impleaded, based on the hear-say statements. 4.

Apart from above, it appears that C.R. No.155 of 2015 in the present case was preceded with C.R. No.153 of 2015 by the complainant in the present case.

The applicants herein are ready and willing to co-operate with the investigation. In view thereof, in my opinion, it will be appropriate to confirm interim protection ordered by this Court, on following terms :- In the event of arrest of the applicants, in connection with C.R. No.I155 of 2015, registered with Sangamner City Police Station, District Ahmednagar, for offences punishable under sections 395 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code, they be released on bail, on each of them furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.5,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount. The applicants shall attend the concerned police station daily, initially for four days, between 10.00 a.m. and 11.00 a.m. and thereafter as and when called by the Investigating Officer. Till filing of the charge-sheet, the applicants shall keep themselves away from the jurisdiction of the concerned police station.
