Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGP for the Respondents-State.

Tribe certificate verification claim tendered by the petitioner has been turned down by the Scrutiny Committee on the ground that nomenclature of the tribe mentioned in the certificate is not in conformity with the Constitutional Order. It is contended that the petitioner belongs to 'Koli Mahadeo' Scheduled Tribe, however, the certificate issued to him records nomenclature of the tribe as 'Mahadeo Koli'. This Court has disposed of number of petitions by issuing directions to the issuing authority as well as Scrutiny Committee to issue certificate with proper description of the tribe and verify the proposal.

It is contended that the petitioner is aspiring to 1/2

17.odt secure admission to Engineering Course and there is urgency in the matter. In the circumstance, we direct respondent No.3 to issue tribe certificate to the petitioner within a day on tendering an application by the petitioner. The petitioner shall produce photostat copy of his tribe certificate which was produced before the Scrutiny Committee alongwith copy of the order passed by the Committee and attested/certified copy of the validation certificate issued to the father of the petitioner.

4. The petitioner undertakes to tender the application by tomorrow i.e.26.07.2016. On receipt of the application, without embarking on further enquiry in the matter, respondent No.3 shall issue tribe certificate to the petitioner in proper format by 27th July, 2016. 5.

The petitioner shall submit proposal for verification of the tribe certificate to the Scrutiny committee immediately thereafter and the Committee shall issue acknowledgment in token of receipt of proposal. 6.

With the directions as above, writ petition stand disposed of.

Parties to act upon authenticated copy of this order.
