The application is filed by the appellants / applicants seeking injunction against the respondents for not to create any third party interest over the suit property.

Admittedly, the appellants are in possession of the suit property. However, the respondents in their affidavit in reply, have clearly undertaken that they are not going to sell the suit property and they have also reiterated the said fact. In view of the same, the aforesaid contention of the respondents be treated as undertaking

2 927 ca 7902-24 to that effect and therefore, there is no need to grant separate injunction for the same. As such, the application stands disposed of accordingly.
