The petitioner is challenging the order of his dismissal from the Zilla Parishad employment pursuant to the provisions of the Maharashtra Zilla Parishad District Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1964, Rule 4. 3.

In view of availability of a statutory appeal to the Commissioner under Rule 14, we dispose of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to prefer the appeal.
