Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

This is an application seeking restoration of the civil application with review application of which registration is refused for non removal of office objections.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that due to communication gap, he was unable to remove the office objections within the stipulated period and the same is neither intentional nor with oblique motive. Learned counsel further submits that if time is granted, the objections would be removed within one week.

In view of the statement of learned counsel for the applicant, the applicant is permitted to remove the office objections within a period of one week from today. If the objections are removed from one week, the civil application with review application be restored to its file.
