Shri. C.K. Shinde, learned counsel for the Applicants, submits that two representatives of two branches of legal heirs, as Respondent Nos.1a) to 1h) and Respondent Nos. 2a) to 2ee) as described in the proceedings of the First Appeal, be handed over cheques consequent to the order passed by this Court on 19th July, 2016.

The Registrar (Judicial) is authorized to issue cheques in the name of authorized persons representing two branches of legal heirs as described in the memo of the First Appeal of the State as Respondent Nos. Nos.1a) to 1h) and Respondent Nos. 2a) to 2ee). The Registrar AGP/-

IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY

BENCH AT AURANGABAD (2) CA NO.10922/2016 (Judicial) shall get personal verification of the parties in respect of authorization given in favour of the said persons, to receive the cheque on their behalf. 4.

In case the Registrar (Judicial) is not satisfied, then he shall act in accordance with the order passed by this Court on 19th July, 2016.
