Petitioner's proposal for validation of the tribe certificate is pending with the respondent - scrutiny committee since November 2023. 2.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that in fact the petitioner's proposal has been closed for passing final order since long, the fact is controverted by the learned AGP on instructions. The learned AGP would submit that it is only the uncles matters which were 1/2

Learned advocate for the petitioner counters the argument by pointing out that in fact the petitioner's uncle Pravin Devrao Tekle and three other relatives had filed a reply to the vigilance inquiry report on 25.07.2023. On the petitioner's request his proposal was also tagged with that and even a Roznama to that effect was recorded 4.

Without indulging into scrutiny of the disputed facts, since the petitioner is ready to adopt the reply (Exhibit-G) filed by his uncle Pravin, we dispose of the writ petition by directing the petitioner to appear before the Committee on 29.07.2024. The Committee shall permit him to adopt the reply filed by the Pravin (Exhibit-G) and shall thereafter decide the proposal finally by 09.08.2024. (SHAILESH P. BRAHME, J.) (MANGESH S.
