This is an application filed by the applicant seeking permission to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited by the Insurance Company. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that an amount of Rs.21,64,075/­ is deposited in this court.

The applicant is permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount which is deposited in this Court.
