Heard Ms. A.S.Mantri, learned Advocate for the Petitioner and Mr. A.R.Kale, learned A.P.P. for Respondent No. 2 - State.

The petitioner takes exception to the order passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge
2 Cr.W.P. 936.2016 dismissing her Revision Application and maintaining the order passed by the learned Magistrate, by which the application filed by the petitioner praying for directions u/s 156 (3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure is rejected. The learned Magistrate as well as learned Additional Sessions Judge have examined the material placed on record, including the documentary evidence, and have found that the allegations made by the petitioner do not inspire confidence to direct investigation u/s 156 (3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The learned Advocate for the petitioner has not been able to point out any perversity or infirmity or non consideration of any relevant material by the sub-ordinate Courts, which necessitates exercise of extra ordinary jurisdiction by this Court.

Criminal Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
