We have heard Mr.Venjane, learned advocate for petitioner. The learned advocate submits that the petitioner had filed application seeking admission. It was represented that Vedanta Institute of Medical Sciences, Palghar is a private college, however, subsequently it was displayed that Vedanta Institute of Medical Sciences, Palghar is a Deemed University and the scheme of scholarship is not applicable to it. The petitioner be allowed to delete the choice of Vedanta Institute of Medical Sciences, Palghar. 2] Mr.Narwadkar, learned advocate appears for respondent no.2 and submits that the decision has been taken by the State Government that those students who have given the option for said institute, such students would be considered for change of option during the second round. The learned counsel further submits that the petitioner shall give an application with Vedanta Institute of Medical Sciences, Palghar that petitioner is not in a position to pay

3] In light of that, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
