This is an application for condonation of delay in bringing legal heirs of deceased respondent No. 3 on record. Legal heirs of deceased respondent are duly served but failed to appear. This indicates that they have no inclination to oppose the application.

Perusal of the application shows that the delay caused in bringing legal heirs of deceased respondent No. 3 is not deliberate. For the reasons mentioned in the application, application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' and 'C'. Amendment be carried out within two weeks.
