Learned Advocate for respondent No.3 has placed on record copy of communication dated 18.01.2024, addressed to the petitioner by the Deputy Commissioner-3, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. Municipal Corporation, stating that the petitioner's request for relaxation of Efficiency Bar is rejected by the Selection Committee in the meeting dated 22.08.2017.
