Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner.

In response to the notice, affidavit-in-reply is filed by respondent no.2 Shri Audumbar Sampatrao Ukirde, Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Latur. It is submitted in the affidavit-in-reply that in compliance of the order of this Court, the proposal submitted to the Education Officer for grant of approval is decided and by assigning certain reasons, the proposal is rejected. Copy of the said order is also placed on record at Annexure `R-1' dated 2.5.2019.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner, in view of the order passed by the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Latur pray for disposal of the petition with liberty to challenge the order before the competent forum, if so advised.

Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is disposed of with liberty as prayed for.
