Seen the affidavit in reply filed by Respondent Nos.1 and 2, so also the impugned order.

Upon recording of statements of the family members of the Petitioner, it is seen that they apprehend great danger from the Petitioner if he is released from jail on furlough. We, therefore, find no substance in the writ petition. Criminal Writ Petition No.979 of 2015, is dismissed.
