Despite the order dated 08.09.2021, the petitioner has not placed on record documents to substantiate his claim. It was noted by this Court that unless the petitioner demonstrates that the road has been constructed from the land, the case of the petitioner cannot be considered.

Since more than six months have lapsed, the petitioner is not placing on record any documents. In view of the above, this petition stands dismissed. However, in the event the petitioner is able to collect such documents which are likely to support his claim, he is at liberty to prefer a fresh petition and would place a copy of the order dated 08.09.2021 and the order passed today, on record.
