In the event of arrest of applicant No.2 (Dadasaheb s/o. Mahadeo Maske) in connection with Crime No.153 of 2024, registered with Georai Police Station, District Beed, for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323, 324, 504 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 92(b) of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, he be released on executing personal bond of Rs.20,000/- with one surety in the like amount.
