After hearing both the sides for a while, it transpires that the petitioners are impugning the judgment and order passed by the respondent no.2 allowing the Revision under Section 154 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 and remanding the matter for decision by respondent no.3.

2] It is pointed out that though the Writ Petition is pending, respondent no.3 has proceeded with the hearing after remand and the matter is now reserved for orders.

3] It is in view of such state of affairs, when the remedy to challenge the decision to be taken by the respondent no.3 would be open to the parties, the propriety demands that the parties have been present before the respondent no.3 and have put up their respective cases and the matter is reserved for orders, the Writ Petition is disposed of keeping open the remedy for the parties to challenge it. 4] The Writ Petition is disposed of.
