Heard learned counsel Mr.Bhise for the applicants and learned AGP for Respondent No.1. None appears for the Respondent No.2, though served.

Applicants are praying for condonation of delay of 2820 days in preferring first appeal.

For the reasons stated in the applications, delay is sought to be condoned. Applicants are ready to forego interest and statutory benefits for the delayed period.

Learned AGP opposes the applications. It is pointed out that applications were filed in the month of July 2024 and it was not circulated till January 2025. The applicants are responsible for these lapses.

For the reasons stated in the applications, it is desirable to condone the delays.

Applicants have already shown readiness to forego interest and statutory benefits for the delayed period.

It is rightly pointed out that there are lapses in securing orders in the present applications for condonation of delay which can not be attributed to the applicants only.

Civil applications are allowed by condoning delay of 2820 days on condition that applicants shall not be entitled to benefits of interest and statutory benefits for the delayed period as well as for the lapses from 14.07.2024 to 02.01.2025.
