It is a petition preferred challenging order dated 28th February, 2014 on applications for production of evidence, pursuant to Order XLI, Rule 27 of the Civil Procedure Code. The court, having regard to present state of law for consideration of said applications, has passed an order that such applications would be considered at the time of hearing of the appeal. 2.

The situation having been governed by the judgment of the Supreme Court in the case of "Union of India V. Ibrahim Uddin and
