Mr. Pawar, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner is pending with the authorities since 2003. Recently approval has been granted to the appointment of the petitioner from 2009 onwards. According to the learned counsel, the petitioner is appointed in the year 2003.

Mr. Tope, the learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that, in fact, the Director of Education has already directed the Divisional Deputy Director of Education to decide the proposal of the petitioner seeking approval from the year 2003 on 15.07.2015. The Divisional Deputy Director of Education

In the light of that, we pass the following order. 4.

The Divisional Deputy Director of Education, Nashik shall decide the proposal with regard to the appointment of the petitioner since 2003 as is directed by the Director of Education (page 51) on its own merits and in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (6) months from today. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
