Rule. Rule is made returnable forthwith. With consent of the parties, heard finally.

In these writ petitions, the petitioners who are appointed with respondent No.4, in the respective petitions, inter-alia, seek direction to the respondents to accord them the benefit of second Assured Career Progress Scheme (ACPS) after completion of 24 years of their services.

The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the State Government thereafter has made applicable the benefits of the promotional scale as per the second ACPS after completion of 24 years of service, vide Government Resolution dated 14.03.2024. It is further submitted that in view of the aforesaid Government Resolution, the petitioners are entitled for the benefit of second ACPS after completion of 24 years of service.

In view of the aforesaid submissions made by the learned Government Pleader, the writ petitions are disposed of with a direction to the Education Officer to consider the individual
-4claim of the petitioners for grant of benefit of second ACPS after completion of 24 years of service, in the light of the contents in the Government Resolution dated 14.03.2024.

Needless to state that the Education Officer shall take decision by a speaking order, within a period of two months from today.

Rule is made absolute in the above terms.
