The Registry refused registration to the petition for non removal of office objections. Delay of 484 days is caused in filing this application.

The Respondents strenuously oppose this application contending that there is delay of 484 days and there are no justifiable reasons set out in the application. 3.

The learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that he is willing to donate Rs.1000/- to the Advocates' Association. 4.

Considering the above and for the reasons set out,

The Applicant would donate Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand) to the Advocates' Association of Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad, and remove all office objections, within three weeks.
