On perusal of the complaint, it is clear that the complaint is of serious nature. It is alleged that there is tampering of the permanent record of Grampanchayat regarding Birth and Death register maintained as per the law. It is alleged that it is the applicant who has tampered some entries in the said register.

It is a matter of investigation now, to verify the correctness of the allegations made against the applicants in the complaint. We are, therefore, not inclined to entertain this application. The application is rejected.
