The matter was called out in the morning session, none appeared for the petitioner. It was kept back. Even in the afternoon session none appears for the petitioner.

The petition is filed seeking directions for termination of pregnancy.

Under order dated 16.07.2019, we had referred the petitioner to the committee constituted by the Dean, Government Medical College and Hospital,

2 wp 8585.19 Aurangabad. The committee examined the petitioner and has submitted the report.

The committee has opined that the pregnancy is 21 weeks and 2 days and there is no substantial risk to the fetus, if born. Therefore, termination of pregnancy cannot be granted.

5.

In view of the said report, the petitioner cannot be granted permission to terminate the pregnancy.

6.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
