Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned APP for the State.

The applicants are seeking bail in Crime No.227 of 2023 registered with Dhoki Police Station, District Osmanabad for the

(2) offence punishable under Sections 370, 367, 346, 324, 323, 504, 506 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 16 of the Bonded Labour System (Abolition) Act.

The so-called victims who were tied with iron wire have been set free. No serious injuries were caused to them. The material investigation has been completed. The custodial interrogation of the applicants appears not required. Hence, the applicants deserve bail. Hence, the following order :

ORDER

(i) Both Bail Applications are allowed.

(ii) The applicants, Maina Santosh Jadhav in Bail Application No.1199 of 2023 and (1) Krushna Kalu Shinde, (2) Ranjit Baliram Sabale (3) Santosh Shivaji Jadhav in Bail Application No.1201 of 2023, be released on bail on executing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) each with one solvent surety in the like amount each in connection with the above crime, on the conditions that;

(a) The applicants shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.

(b) The applicants shall attend the concerned police station as and when called on written notice by the investigating officer, till filing the charge sheet.

(3) (c) The applicants shall not threat the victims and their family members.
