This application is for bringing on record the legal heirs of deceased Indubai who died on 18-12-2022. The respondent Nos. 5-A to 5-D are shown as legal heirs of the

(2) 18ca7524.24 deceased. There is delay of 494 days in filing this application. 4.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses- [B] & [C] by condoning the delay.

Necessary amendment be carried out within two weeks from today.
