In view of order passed by this Court on 31.01.2023 amount of Rs.15,00,000/- has been deposited by respondent Nos.1 to 3 in the application i.e. original petitioners. Present applicant is the legal representative of deceased Baba Sultan Beg. Under such circumstance, upon undertaking the applicant is allowed to withdraw the said amount. Undertaking to be filed before learned Registrar (Judicial) in format within a period of one week. Thereafter, the amount be released. Application stands disposed of.
