Heard the learned Advocate for the parties.

The only payer made in this petition is that the respondent No. 2, Caste Scrutiny Committee may be directed to decide the claim of the petitioner within the stipulated period. 3.

Learned AGP informs that the vigilance report has already received.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already received the copy of the vigilance report and will respond to the same.

If the petitioner files his reply to the vigilance report, respondent No. 2 Caste Scrutiny Committee, after hearing the

116wp9380.25 petitioner shall decide the said proceedings within a period of one month from filing of the reply by the petitioner to the vigilance report. 6.
