Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the State.

The applicant seeks bail in Crime No.163 of 2024 registered with Tuljapur Police Station, District Osmanabad for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 323, 504, 506, 507 of the Indian Penal Code.

The injured and the applicant are cousin. The incident happened in the hotel. The weapon like cutter attached to the key chain was used in the assault. Considering the nature of dispute and no antecedents to the discredit of the applicant, no purpose would be served keeping the applicant behind bar. Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

953-ba-1309-2024.odt (2) (ii) Applicant, Gokul @ Pintu Dnyandev Ghatshile, be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of the like amount in the above crime, on the conditions that;

(a) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.

(b) The applicant shall not contact the injured or witnesses in any mode or manner till the trial is concluded. (S.G. MEHARE, J.) Mujaheed//
