We have heard Mr. Thombre, the learned counsel for petitioners.

Mr. Latange, the learned counsel for the respondent No. 2 on instructions of the Deputy Education Officer, Zilla Parishad Pune, who is present in the Court submits that, within a period of two weeks from today, the respondent would give appointment

2 cp 503.15 orders to petitioner Nos. 3, 4 and 6.

Mr. Thombre, the learned counsel for petitioners accepts that, petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 are already accommodated at Raigad and the petitioner No. 5 is accommodated at Latur. 4.

The statement made by Mr. Latange, the learned counsel on instructions is accepted. In view of that, contempt petition is disposed of. No costs.
