Applicants are seeking withdrawal of balance amount.

They are permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount vide order dated 01.04.2022. Now they are seeking withdrawal of balance amount relying on the order dated 27.03.2023 passed by the Coordinate Bench.

Learned counsel Mr. Tambe and Mr. Gaikwad oppose the applications.

This Court has to be consistent and, therefore, I propose to adopt the course undertaken by the Coordinate Bench while passing order dated 27.03.2025.
