Heard the learned counsels for the parties.

The petitioner and respondent No.6 have entered into a compromise. Respondent Nos.1 to 5 are State and its officers. The compromise is signed by the President of the petitioner Mr. Sachin Bharat Sarvade. It is decided that respondent No.6 shall resign from the post, in view of amount of Rs.14,00,000/- is paid to him. Today, the compromise terms are placed on record. It shows that respondent No.6 has already tendered her resignation on 1st March, 2024. The petitioner has paid total amount of Rs.14,00000/- i.e. Rs.5,00,000/-

940 wp.6886.11.odt vide cheque No.222708 dated 1st August, 2024 drawn on Osmanabad Janta Sahakari Bank Ltd. and another cheque of Rs.9,00,000/- bearing cheque No.222709 dated 2nd August, 2024. The copies of the cheques are annexed. The learned counsel for respondent No.6 accepts that both the cheques have already been encashed. In view of this, the petition can be disposed of. Hence, the petition stands disposed of in above terms.

The copies of consent terms are taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification.
